Return Process

  Log into your account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the device in its original manufacturer packaging, including all cables, controllers, and manuals to ensure a full refund.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email and drop the package off at any authorized courier location within 7 days of your request.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the hardware's condition, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
